I recently came across the qutebrowser while searching for alternatives to surf on my Raspberry Pi and am enjoying it so much I’ve installed on my MacBook Air and Dell XPS.

qutebrowser is a keyboard-focused browser with a minimal GUI. It’s based on Python and Qt and free software, licensed under the GPL.

It was inspired by other browsers/addons like dwb and Vimperator/Pentadactyl.

“Keyboard-focused” meaning Vim-like bindings to navigate around (perfect for tiling managers). It also has a built-in ad-blocker among other things. It’s not a Safari/Firefox/Chrome(ium) killer, but it’s snappy and great for casual browsing.
